Thomas Mitchell graduated from Alaska Pacific University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. In 1993, he graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. He is admitted to both the Washington State Bar Association and the Alaska State Bar Association. For five years he worked as a Trust Officer, first working for the Merrill Lynch Trust Company, then working for the Trust Department for Bank of America. During his time working as a Trust Officer, Mr. Mitchell reviewed and managed hundreds of Trusts. After leaving the bank, Mr. Mitchell worked for a time as a Financial Planner for a national brokerage firm. Mr. Mitchell has been practicing law in Washington since 2001 and has owned his own firm since 2004. Mr. Mitchell provides legal advice in the areas of Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning, Real Estate Transaction and Family Law.
