Fees
Hourly Rate Attorney fee: $200/hour
Minimum Hourly Charges Telephone calls 0.1 hour
Court appearance for any reason 1.0 hour
Drafting of a Pleading * 1.0 hour


Flat Fees

Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Community Property Agreements and corporation formation documents are typically drafted for a stated fee. All other serrvices are charged at the standard hourly rate. Please inquire regarding specifics.

Free Services

If you currently have a Will or Trust and would like to have it reviewed, our office will perform this service without charge.

Other Costs

In addition to attorney's fees, the client is also responsible for all costs that are directly related to representation. Examples of costs include, but are not limited to: medical records, messenger fees, filing/recording fees, investigator fees and service of process fees. Photocopies are 10 cents per page.

All Fees are immeditely due and payable upon completion of work. Past due invoices accrue interest at 12% per annum.

*A Pleading is a document filed with a reviewing authority (Court, Auditor, Treasurer, Medicator, Arbitrator, etc...) and signed by the client or attorney.
